Appointments
When you schedule an appointment in our office, the time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that unforeseen events can arise requiring you to occasionally reschedule an appointment. However, canceling and/or rescheduling should be kept to a minimum. The more often you reschedule appointments, the longer your treatment will tend to last.

Insurance
We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefit. We are happy to call your insurance company for you to verify your benefit. As a service to you, we will bill your insurance company and in most cases accept their payment in our office. The amount your insurance company covers will be deducted from the total cost of treatment (in most cases) and therefore, you will pay only the amount that the insurance does not cover. We offer several payment plan options to help make orthodontic treatment possible for you.
