Dr. Stroster earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1988. Since graduating, Dr. Stroster earned his general practice residency certificate from the Sinai Hospital of Detroit in 1998. He practiced general dentistry for three years and then returned to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry to earn his Master of Science degree and certificate in the specialty of orthodontics with honors in 1993.

Dr. Hamway began treating patients in the Brighton area in 1993. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and biology from Northern Michigan University in 1982 and then a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University in 1985. After working as an electrical engineer for two years, Dr. Hamway continued his education at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. At the University of Detroit, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1991 and then continued on to obtain a Master of Science degree and a certificate in the specialty of orthodontics with honors in 1993
